ACMF TAKES GT WORLD CHALLENGE SUNDAY WIN

After an hour of intense racing in the Sunshine State, ACMF’s Mark Rosser & Alex Peroni take home a win after battling in Race 2 at Queensland Raceway, turning around their luck after a difficult Saturday session.

Garry Higgins ACMF’s Audi R8

A spin for Garry Higgins in the #24 Audi leaves him beached in the Turn 1 gravel, bringing out a late safety car and bunching up the pack with only 10 minutes remaining. This left Rosser with both Audis tucked closely behind him after the restart.

Liam Talbot’s Aston Martin Vantage

Talbot’s #1 Aston Martin took a spin with less than 5 minutes remaining, shortly followed by Miles overshooting into the grass at Turn 3. With a short safety car leaving only two final laps, Rosser again leads the restart with Miles and Schumacher following shortly behind.

Rosser, managing to keep Miles a car length behind, secured his third win of the season in his Audi R8 at Queensland Raceway. ACMF, after having an unfortunate race on Saturday, seemed to have turned their luck around.
